I visited here while my son was in the sick kids to pick him up something to eat as he had no appetite, and this is one of his favourite places. I was greeted by a lovely man called Ross. I believe he could see my worry and chatted away, making me feel a little less stressed. He then kindly gifted me our food. I was completely gobsmacked with his kindness. The service was very quick and the staff were all so friendlies. The food was lovely, and my son had a massive smile on his face on arriving back to the hospital. Something I will never forget ? thank you Ross ??

Went for my birthday with my partner and daughter. We ordered a full chicken with chips, clawslow, broccoli, garlic bread. We also asked for a bowl of cucumbers for my daughter which the server thankfully provided and my partner had a olive based salad. The food was lovely. The staff even helped with my daughter by giving her crayons to play with.
Vegetarian options: Partner says the olive salad was lovely. She doesn't really like the bean burger.

Busy place but service excellent and food great, didn't wait long for food although restaurant was full.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered food at 8.30 pm tonight and received a call at 9.15pm telling us that the whole order got cancelled because one item was missing. We were never offered anything else instead. They just told us that we will get the money back after 5 days. Had a difficult day after smashing our car and we just wanted some food and share it with our 6 year old. No car, no food, no delivery and everything closed now.The lady hung up the phone before we had the chance to even ask anything. Absolutely disgusting. Another dinner plan ruined. Chips were barely warm and chicken was dry. The waitress did ask if everything was okay and we said yes as we had someone with us who would be embarrassed if we complained. The place itself is lovely and the staff were really nice. Pleas make sure the chips are hot hot when served as it makes a huge difference. Thank you

For sit-in is very good, i notice one thing a lot of delivery driving working for them.
But they didn't give at them any shuttle.The driver was waiting outside in the rain and cold they just made a small window outside. the driver is not allowed to comeinside.delivery driver is not welcome inside the restaurant.this is the humiliation of delivery driver's ?
