My kids love Nando's, so we always jump to it.
The food is alright, service is good and fast, the only downside is it's always crowded and this time music was loud too.

Went over Christmas time and found a hair in my chicken wrap. They offered to give another one which I said no then gave my £7.50 back. I guess they done the basics but won't be returning as they weren't slightest bothered on how to do customer service or personal hygiene.

The food was okay. The restaurant was freezing,it was like being outside. We had to go to the till to order because the guy serving us was too busy talking to his colleague. Then he left my food on the counter for 10 minutes before bringing it to our table. Worst service ever to be honest.

I ordered a sunset burger, and it didn't have any chutney, just a boring chicken breast with a lettuce.
Also, a waiter literally stole my plate from under my nose, while I still had food to eat!

Great place to eat chicken in a thousand different sauces. Typical fast food environment. The app for ordering from the table is good.
