First time at Nandos and was pleasantly surprised- the food was delicious, plenty of seating and easy service.
Bathroom: 9/10- clean, easy to find, easy to use.

I have been ordering take away for months now but tonight had another bad experience. My chicken wings were not done at all and tasted horrible almost like raw. I finally decided to make a complain and was patronized by the Manager who tried to make me feel like an idiot for complaining. I ordered my food online 1hour in advance because I know how the restaurant is busy. In the end I was sent back without refund and food replacement. Will definitely not come back.

I was greeted and sat at a table fast enough but then, crickets?staff walking past me on a very quiet Tuesday just after 3pm not offering a drink. After 10 minutes I look up and the guy who sat me is chatting to the chefs over the pass. I got up and left too hungry to confront the matter. Very disappointing.

I wanted to come here because One Direction used to talk about Nando's. I expected it to be like McDonald's, but it's nicer. We were welcomed and seated--the ambiance is more like a Panera if you're from the States. It's warm and comforting, and service was very good. We ordered via QR code and I ordered Harry Styles's Nando's order--1 x Double Chicken (Mango & Lime) wrap with cheese & pineapple. It was very good--lots of flavor, no fat, filling. Prices were more than I thought, but still less than most places.

Chain of restaurants specializing in chicken with spicy sauces. Well priced dinner (around £20 each for a decent whole grilled chicken with a side dish and Coca cola). Friendly and rather precise service.

Rude incompetent staff. Ordered food through table barcode, app crashed and server advised it had went through and they are making the order. then 20 mins pass and they advise there?s no order so instead of making food demand that I come up and pay even though showed evidence of payment going through. No food in the end and no refund given. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Popped in and was greeted and seated promptly. Staff checked we knew how to order etc and we chose to order via the app. Drinks were delivered promptly and food arrived in good time. The food was hot, good portion sizes and was nice. It doesn't claim to be gourmet food, and for a chain restaurant we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is fairly big, but was warm and comfortable. Plenty seating for larger groups and unlimited soft drinks option is good. Good options for vegetarians.
