staff r rude like where?s my please and thank yous, customer service? even no eye contact, no smiles, look bored, didn?t really feel welcome one boy was sweet with smiles but the rest r rude - even when she took the plate no talking? like we literally stacked the items and tided the table for u ITS HUMAN DECIENCY maybe having a bad day but get a job w out customer service ????? even got some bad looks with some girls with the staff today on 5th September.

The food is always excellent; I've never been disappointed. There is a great view of the harbour from the farther end of the restaurant, which makes for a diverting eating experience. The staff are attentive and polite.

The food itself is good as always with nandos.
The most amazing service I received out of all the Nandos that iv ever visited, honestly the kindness and willingness to be courteous to everyone was noted by myself.

I just had one of the best Nando?s meals of my life! The new corn is amazing and the bbq garlic sauce is the best. Also, the service was great - everyone was lovely and very professional.

Popped in to Nando's Ocean Terminal today at lunchtime and was served by CC who was so kind and helpful. All of the staff were very friendly and our food was delicious. 10/10 for excellent customer service.

We are coming to Nando's Ocean terminal regularly with my family and it's always a positive experience. Staff members tends to be very attentive and nice - special shout out to Henry, who has been our server several times and stood out with his extra positive attitude! Food is delicious as always. Recommending ?
