Obviously they are struggling with dentist vacancies and it?s difficult to get an appointment. But the receptionist Shannon is a credit to this business. She is helpful, never rude (which I?ve found with other dental out of hours staff) and goes above and beyond to help. I would give her 5 stars.

Complete waste of time even contacting this dentist, called on 20 June, broken front tooth, in pain and the tooth was ragged. First available appointment 27 July, they only have a dentist 2 days a week, pointless having the practice. No doubt the reply will have we have advertising vacancies for dentists, which means nothing to anyone needing treatment.

Went here for years. Jose my dentist was great then he left and everything seems to have gone downhill. Managed to get an appointment for July but they sent me a text to say it was cancelled as there was no dentist on that day. Wouldn't go back.

To echo what others have a said. had an appointment for a missing tooth (not missing enough to be an emergency but a hole in my jaw none the less) The dentist i was supposed to see left. was sent a message essentially saying your dentist quit. After many attempts to phone i went to the practive (january of this year) and made an appointment with a different dentist for this coming Thursday. Today ( a week before appointmet) i recieved a text saying " unfortunately we have to cancel your appointment due to your dentist leaving, we apologise for the incovnenience". Tried to phone but no answer multiple times. Eventually someone did pick up the phone asked me to "hold for a minute" and then switched me over to the same recorded messgae as previous. I understand this is a hard time with apparently all dentist quiting but the customer service and general management could do with some attention. The my dentist webiste lists other practices in Edinburgh as "Accepting NHS patients" having phoned round them all this isn't the case. Perhaps a little more useful information on the website would stop so many calls. Perhaps they could explain the situation.Prior to all this this was a '5 star dentist' in my opinion.Jose was great.. if anyone knows where he went do let me know!

Called at 830am for emergency appointment today , got appointment at 2pm the lady dentist was great , very pleasant and the receptionist was great too , happily go back

Has to be the rudest dentist ever. Went down to pay a bill which I'm still trying to pay via phone and no answer for 4th day running. To be told to get out and pay over the phone because she was on lunch. This was after 2pm I was in there with another customer also trying to pay a bill. Joke of a dentist company will not be back nor will my family who were all paying customers.

Absolutely joke of a dentist, been trying for over a week to get an emergency appointment to keep being told no appointments due to them only having one dentist, not my problem!! Your duty of care is terrible!!

Appointments have have been cancelled last minute without notice for treatment that has now resulted in abscesses and infection. Phoned yesterday half 8 no emergency appointments and phoned today 8am on the dot and no emergency appointments. I?m in agony ? YOU HAVE A DUTY OF CARE FOR CUSTOMERS! feeling really frustrated.

Worst dental clinic I've been to. Starting from incompetent ladies from registration, who in no way intend to help in emergencies, to arrogant dentists who usually work there probably for punishment - like Dr. Agnes Majczak! Very high rotation of dentists, constantly canceled visits and low quality of these services. Permanent seals fall out after 3 months. Avoid this place with a wide arc!

Avoid at all cost , they never have any staff currently 1 dentist , they cancel appointments then its 4 too 5 months for another one , when I did see a dentist she told me in a round about way the last dentist hadn't done the work correctly so had to pay for it again
