Service is good but cancell my kid check booking (waiting 3weeks) without reason , then not arrange a good timing (then need 2 weeks later). I am angry with the cool booking system. Dont ask me write letter to your company , waste my time . If really care , should revise the system again and take care people again. I found other review is same situation. So i think it is not just my only problem. Thanks for this page and the sane situation people, let me know the history. (I regret not read all review before making booking for my kid, just wanted say sorry to my kid here).So I wrote to remind people who wanted book for kids. This is a ?busy ? and? best ? booking clinic and they will change booking without reason , not taking care give you good timing for any compensation.

I have been patient of that surgery since they were called lubijiu and always very happy as a NHS patient but since some time I am disappointed. The dentists been changed a few times. Even cleaning I have not had as quick as now and not gentle as at the moment. So painful especially what assistant has done.

The clinic is with the most comfortable and effective service. The staff is kind and helpful, always with positive regard, flexible when I have any questions or unexpected matters.My doctor, Mr Harris is the most competent and gentle dentist I have ever been so far.Amazing professionalism!

Cancelled my 6 year old daughter's appointment on the day (May) and told me next appointment was booked for September... She is registered there. My daughter has new teeth growing behind the old ones, so I really need someone to help. Same thing happened to my wife a few months ago, she had an appointment and they cancelled last minute and rescheduled several months after, this is a joke, bad bad service, avoid if possible

I used to highly recommend this practice. From reception staff to dentists they were a wonderful highly caring and professional team. Sadly my experience of the new team has been exactly the opposite.I was frankly amazed and appalled to find such highly inappropriate and abusive behaviour at a modern UK surgery.Head dentist advises complainants that it?s a waste of time to try because nobody will listen to them.Worst dentist I have ever come across.

Intense hot flushes? Best see Rania for Botox! Having been pushed into an early menopause by chemotherapy I was experiencing the worst, most embarrassing facial sweats. It was getting to the stage that I?d I?d have to change my clothes and redo my make-up at work. That is until I found Rania who advised that Botox may help. I was a patient here since 2003 and it was great. My dentist was Lubino and I have to admit since he left the place has gone down hill. I haven?t felt like a patient, I have felt like I?m in the way when i?m there for an appointment. Today a product arrived from the lab for me to try, it didn?t fit correctly even though it was supposed to have been made for me, he tried to get it corrected but was unsuccessful. Instead of apologising and offering to rectify the problem further by getting it done again, I was told if it?s done again same thing will happen. I was then told if I don?t pay for product he?s out of pocket. That?s not a customer service I expect. I didn?t pay and I?m not a patient there any longer.

Wouldn't go anywhere else! Always happy with my results and the team always put you at ease for those who are like me and would rather be anywhere but in that chair!10/10 would recommend moving to this practice, best thing I've done!

I was lucky to get on their NHS list in 2003 when I needed root canal treatment and I've stayed with them ever since through their several manifestations. Every time I've needed dental treatment they were utterly faultless in every way. Nice people on the desk and nothing but care and attention on the chair. They put you at ease and are really good at injections. Don't be anxious about visiting them for dental treatment at all.
