Worst gp even when you try to book an appointment they always have a reason to not give you an appointment. Why is gp for, isn?t it for people cheak up ? then why you not giving appointments I had injuries in my my leg and the pharmacy said go to gp and the gp said we don?t cheak this stuff and they told me to go to hospital. I tried to book another appointment they have got another reason to not give me an appointment. ? bad gp

Phoned practice last Monday, number 30 in queue, call answered within 20mins, after speaking with receptionist, offered a callback with GP, had telephone consultation within an hour, and consultation in person within 2hrs. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for your automated registration process and kind staff. I had a nice access to the service over the past year.There is an issue to get call answered in the morning especially Monday, this is disturbing for all.

Dr Hill is abusive and negligent to her patients, even when she has a trainee shadowing her. She has no care for the patients well being.Being busy isn't an excuse.Many of the practitioners I give them their dues, they are very respectful and genuinely want the best. Dr Roy Robertson gets nothing but great respect from me.But also, the fact that I can not say "I do not consent to drs X, Y and Z from participating in my medical care" and have to restate it every single time is not okay. IUpdate your practice.I'll be moving asap. Sick of the poor treatment.This practice is a last resort. I don't feel safe being treated there, and it's contributed 85% to my distrust of doctors and medical professionals.Fire Hill. Period.

This gp is actually the worst I have a had sore head for 3 to 4 days now. When I called first they said to take a coivd test then we?ll give uappointment I did that it came negative.Then when I call again they tell me to go to the pharmacy and just cut the call. I don?t know why I can?t get a appointment with the doctor just to get checked up.This gp is one the worst I?ve known??.

It Can be abit difficult to get through the phones at 8am? But the GP?s are amazing at this medical group. Very welcoming and kind. Thank you for your good service, you have been great to my daugther aswell, last year her health was not the best, but all her needs were met here. Thank you for that.

I am absolutely disgusted with dr Jane hill and Clair livesy's treatment of my partner, who had been showing signs of pregnancy and sensibly went to her drs to get this confirmed, for the Dr Jane Hill to turn round and inform my partner that having a baby was self harming, so after that disgusting news we had segregated from the surgery and however during the pregnancy my partner had miscarried to which dr livesy callously amidst trying not to laugh turned round to my partner in front of me and stated oh well your not pregnant, but how do you feel about that, both I and my partner were absolutely disgusted and my partner had to push me out the door before livesy regretted speaking again but all was not well, so beware the drs of muir house surgery pregnant mothers are committing self harm

Worst GP! 3 months calling all morning n still no appointment says to call 8am but go through to ?sorry we cant take your call please call back later? its a joke some of us have a life to live and cant be calling all morning for weeks on end for basic medical care.

Can't complain when eventually I get through, however, only once I have managed to speak f2f with a doctor, been diagnosed recently with type 2 diabetics, but never spoke with a doctor, trying to make an appointment for 3 days and the best I got was a telephone appointment, NO GOOD

This place is a joke. Can?t get a hold of anyone to book appointment. Finally one day after constantly calling from 8 and getting cut off just after picking appointment option I managed to get 30th in the queue. Around 8:30 got someone rude on line. Didn?t want to let me finish what my problem was and trying to send to pharmacists. When I managed to finish I was told there is no appointments left and was suggested to not call on Monday as is extremely busy. When I asked if can change practice, I was told I was more than welcome. And such a people claim more money for this? Disgrace!

I found the medical group very helpfull and the doctors there are always doing the best what they can to help people. The laides in reception are working hard to get problems solved. I am not happy that I need to find another GP after I have moved from that area.
