Got my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen replaced here in November after it had smashed but I?ve had millions of problems with my phone ever since. First one, every time I answer a call and put it up to my ear the feature where it automatically makes your screen black is broken since having the new screen. It does go black but the problem is even when the call is done it stays black and won?t light up again even although my phone is still on. Clearly broke the sensor. Second, the screen is much thicker than Apple ones so no phone cases are deep enough to protect the screen as it sticks out more than all cases so has now cracked multiple times even though Id only had it 2 months when it cracked. Third, when I type the touch sensor must have something wrong with it because it keeps swiping across letters and typing words I?m not so I had to turn that feature off. Fourth, the colouring of the screen is off so compared to all other iPhones it looks like I constantly have a blue filter on and in videos I can see The pixels. Must have strange leds. 5th there are now 5 little squares on the left hand side where it?s a different colour and I can properly see pixels permanently aswell as a line often appears down that side to. Sixth, where these boxes of broken pixels are, 2 being on my keyboard area every time I type the letter A it types 3 a?s aswell as all the surrounding letters (s&w) while also turning on cap lock. Seventh, some parts of the screen the touch just stops working like I?ll press a button over and over and it?s like my phone thinks I?m not touching my screen and I have to swipe up the app and wipe my screen then it works again after a bit. For paying £90 for it I?m extremely disappointed not got one good thing to say about the screen, only came away with more problems then I started with with just my smashed apple screen. It is supposed to have a 12 month warranty that I?m still within the first 4 months of so hopefully they will do something about this.

My phone battery died and Mr fix fixed it within 24hours - a very quick service with no hassle at all. Reasonable pricing also and they fitted a screen protector on too . Thanks Malik and Mohammad. I will be back.

Sony Xperia screen badly broken but soon fixed looking good as new thanks guys a bit of advice take your device during the week so you can get it at least the next day.

Amazing experience at Corstorphine's Mr. Fix shop. As an international tourist at the end of his trip, I happened to break my Pixel 7 Pro glass and I didn't know how to manage it. Fortunately I got in touch with this business and its super professional and kind employees that were able to find a replacement with a 2 days notice and fix it in a very short amount of time (3 hours and it was done) for a definitely better price, compared to my home country (a very competitive price also for the Google service itself). I definitely recommend to contact Mr. Fix for every tech issue, they will surely find you a fast and efficient solution!

Top notch service. Dropped and broke phone last night and called them in the morning. Moby had my phone fixed before midday. As a self employed person this was a critical fix and they came through for me with flying colours. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience.I took an Apple Watch for a screen replacement. The screen leaked within an hour while I washing the dishes.Took it back and they said it wasn?t waterproof anymore and that it was my fault.At point of sale this wasn?t mentioned, at point of collection this wasn?t mentioned. In fact it was never discussed until after I took it back and they tried to blame apple for it being faulty.It?s now two months later and despite a promised repair they had no communication with me. I?ve been to collect and the stance is it?s your fault it wasn?t waterproof.If this had been noted before I?d have taken it to apple rather than pay them. To top it off they?ve now mentioned any repair on a phone, tablet or watch is guaranteed against water. So please use with care.
