Good place, lots of area and plenty of choice to buy , you also get more card points too. Some staff members are not friendly . Taken away tills and self-service with long queues .

I always shop here as I bought a house in this area. Unfortunately I get harassed by the security. Every time I come in the security follows me around in a very rude manner. I find it very racist as I shop with my partner and we are not from Scotland. Even though we have lived here for 10 years this has been the worst experience of my life.

Shop was good but went to cafe for lunch and half way through I found a hair in my meal spoke to women in charge of cafe she came at us saying that it wasn?t one of their hairs well it couldn?t be mine I have very short hair and this was a long brown hair I was insulted so went to customer services who were very helpful dealing with this including full refund and a bunch of roses for my wife and a box of choxs for me well done to them

One star is being generous at this rate. The cafe is very short staffed half of the time and there are workers who are clearly unwell being forced to come in to their shift. Quite disgusting if you ask me. Where?s the health and safety there?? Literally contaminating the food and all the place cares about is being open. This is not a go at the cafe staff members but the management who don?t care about anyone?s wellbeing. Get a grip!!! ??????

The clothes section is almost entirely womens/small boys, virtually no menswear. Bit pricey for a shop compared to the nearby aldi but the fish and other fresh stuff is good and has plenty of parking.

Store is ok most of the staff are friendly however the small woman with glasses that overseas the self checkouts is rude , unpleasant and lacks any customer service skills . Isn't even polite to any customers just walks about with her face tripping her !
