Today Friday the 18/7/2025 i witnessed that one of the employees shift had ended 15 minutes before I got up to the front of the queue we're the employee still continued to serve other customers the employee was adked to stay an extra 15 minutes but she had already stayed to seve customers an extra 25 minutes over contracted hours so why should stay another 25 minutes which would be an extra 30 minutes over her contrated hours this is completely unacceptable as a customer i cannot believe that this employee was completely ignored by senior staff the employee had her light on and pressed her bell but not one person answered her call and take her place at the checkout to let this employee finish her shift this is clearly unacceptable. I felt extremely bad for this employee that she eas ignored by senior staff knowing that her shift had ended while they we're in the cafe eating . Morrisons needs to get grip when a staff members shoft has ended make sure someone is there to takeover on the tills absolutely shocking that staff cannot finish there shift when they are supposed too.

Morrisons is a great place to shop, It's got everything you need including fresh fish and meat,fresh fruit and plenty other foods like the usual staples but also sells other foodstuffs from different countries so all in all it's great and the prices are really decent so I goto Morrisons every week to get my shopping which saves me plenty compared to corner shops like R.S Mcolls who are really expensive.

I have stopped doing a regular shop here as the prices are astronomical. The cafe is no longer up to scratch.
The one thing I will say at least about the Granton store is that majority of the workers British or at least speak the lingo hence the 3 stars
