Wow! Blown away by the total lack of personality from the girl on Saturday afternoon, who picked away at her armpits whilst looking straight at me. I suggested she should wash her hands before touching my goods. She just looked blankly. The lady who was about the same age as us was very friendly when we went in(hence 2 stars). Not impressed and will go to the Glasgow store or buy online in future.

I went in to the shop to get a birthday/Christmas gift for my MVP Momma which she loved and I love this brand as my ex used the brand and I used to stay in hotels in London with them .

Loved this shop got a present for my sister the assistant was great telling me all about Edinburgh and where to go for drinks bagged my present up for my sister beautiful and even sprayed a little perfume on it . would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect gift .

Poor customer performance , first 2 staff totally ignored we were there , despite being only 2 in store , 3rd barely gave eye contact whilst we paid for our purchase , Glasgow is a much friendlier and professional store wont be using Edinburgh again.
