The service here is really bad. It's as if the guy who owns it doesn't care at all about customers. The most recent incidents are of the owner trying on multiple occasions to overcharge me and I refuse to shop there now. Its not like they sell anything that isn't available across the road.

For a while it's had a monopoly on the area, as it was the only, news, groceries, alcohol, and the next nearest, was a badly stocked shop at the circle in Hutchinson, the one on the way to ASDA,I must admit that since LIDL has been opened, it's been taken over, and has been given a facelift, and it's now far more family friendly than before and the staff are far more friendly than the previous owners, and I know that if you're a smoker it's ideal for that candidate!! It also opens two hours before the larger LIDL,so it's going to be a must for early morning workers.

The service is absolutely appalling.My wife told me about her experience - I thought she was joking.Then I went there.Dear God!The man behind the counter hates everyone.He is beyond rude.He doesn't say hello.He avoids all eye contact.He mumbles angrily at you.Giving change, he drops it from a height into your hand to avoid hand contact.I would only go there to show doubters how appalling the service here is.Try it yourself!

Illegally selling stamps at more than face value. Bought a first class stamp today, was charged 80p but it should only be 67p. He gave me the difference when I pointed it out but not everyone knows that's illegal and I doubt he'll stop
