This was the best breakfast so far in our week and a half in the UK. Though the place is rather small, we got in straight away even with luggage. We ordered their own made granola with Greek yoghurt and berry compote, which was so good, and the banana bread (2 pieces) with Yoghurt and honey and pistachios, and that was just amazing. The coffee was good and a huge pot of tea. The staff was so helpful especially when I, very apologetically mentioned I was having an issue getting through to the car hire firm and he let me use their phone. And the music was all from my Spotify 70's playlist! This place was in the perfect spot between our Airbnb and Haymarket Station. Wish we had time to try the other things on the menu as they all sounded lovely.

Nice breakfast / brunch menu - I had the Turkish eggs twice which are delicious. Very expensive - £40 for 2x breakfasts, 2x coffees, a small juice and a croissant. Service very friendly.

vegetarian haggis is worth the trip by itself. Other food is also good. It's a small place but worth the wait. Be mindful that some tables can take in a lot of sunshine depending on weather and time of day.

What a shame. Haven't been for a long time and used to be a lovely, clean wee place with great selection of healthy options. One member of the team was really pleasant, another couldn't be bothered to make a coffee, take an order or clear the multiple dirty tables and instead took her colleague in from his break outside to do it while she continued talking loudly about plans for events, and I mean loudly. Sat at a dirty table to wait for takeaway, because that's all there were. They were playing Nirvana though, so that was a blast from the past! Food was really disappointing, probably the worst sandwich I've ever had. I was too frightened to eat it, it was so bad. Coffee was fine but it could have been excellent, but the rest of experience had by then left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Came in to get a coffee and it really brightened up my day. The lovely barista was so welcoming and she made me a great flat white. The milk art was great. 10/10 would come again!
