Worst garage experience ever for many reasons:1_I went there to do the MOT and they just not called me back once the car was done, when I went to collect it the blame me for not picking the phone when clearly I didn't have any call from them and my number was correctly written.2_ Poor customer service explaining the problems they fixed on the car and minimum effort trying to explain it to someone who doesn't know a lot about mechanics. (We are talking of a £550 service just to pass the MOT).3_ The first time I had to use my car after servicing the MOT with them my windscreen water thrower didn't work, and is one of the things they charged me (a lot) to fix.This turned into a dangerous drive on the first minutes of light rain since I couldn't see much neither clean the windscreen.4_I came back to the garage to explain the problem and they didn't even apologize or empathise for their own mistake after I explain it.5_ After they looked into it and called me to pick the car, it magically started working again, they said it was working since the very first minute that they checked it. So basically they just not apologised but also treated me like I was lying.6_After seeing the 5 stars reviews of their site I can just imagine they and their families/friends put those reviews since there is nae chance at all they gave earned them.

Got an MOT slot with a day's notice, and it was completed that afternoon. Nice people (and two nice dogs), professionally done services, perfectly reasonable prices and generally solid.
