13 Minutes to be served a Chicken McSandwich meal and Quarter Pounder meal. Service was terrible and the restaurant was disgusting (filthy). Will be heading to Burger King next time.

My latte was covered in some sort of oil. Hope it's just grease from the burgers as thats at least safe to consume. Down the drains this time, but have to check everytime!!!!
Muffin was half eaten by rats!!! Why are you still serving this!!!

Absolutely shocking experience on Sunday 23rd February 2025 on the drive through. There was a queue of cars with nothing happening, my husband went to the window to ask what the hold up was and was told there were only 3 staff members working in the whole place. When my husband eventually got served after waiting ages he was then told there was NO juice and NO McFlurry's either. The hamburger and chips were basically chucked out to the car COLD which I might add is quite usual for this McDonald's. We got chips a few weeks ago which basically had barely been cooked. We thought it might have been a one off but it's actually all the time. You need to change your advertising as the food that comes out of this McDonald's doesn't resemble anything you see on your billboard or on your TV adverts. Absolutely shocking, won't ever be using them again!!

Can be extremely busy especially on an evening and is a battle to collect food between Just Eat, Deliveroo and other food delivery drivers. The drive through also extremely busy. I think they need more capacity or to reduce the amount of orders as did look like they were struggling but doing their best. Absolute mayhem.

Shame that judging by the car park, every customer must bring 2 cars!
They really should address that, as parking is a bit of a problem, when there seem to be very few customers!

Service is appalling myself and family member ordered from here and disgusted by my burger isnt even the words to describe my feelings I shall not be ordering from here again I?d rather go to a bush trucker trial than eat from here again DISGUSTINGGGGG ???
