Not a bad McDonald?s but don?t know who?s trained the night time staff?. EVERY time I order my burger with ?ONLY lettuce, ONLY onions and ONLY sauce? it comes with cheese also ?? if I wanted cheese, it would say that. Never happens during the day. If a hamburger stated ?ONLY onion, ONLY pickle? you wouldn?t chuck a cheese slice on so stop doing it to my burger.

We ordered a delivery, code was checked as being the right one tonight 13/2/25. They sent the wrong order, contacted store no help whatsoever I would need to re order and pay again! No offer of okay we will now send the correct order considering it?s their mistake. They wouldn?t even take the order back driver refused, only the drinks had been opened as 1 was meant to be a coffee and milkshake for my granddaughter, food had not been opened. Disgraceful service and Just Eat were just as unhelpful.

First of all, the service was so slow and it took 15 minutes just to get a happy meal and when we finally got it, my daughter found out that they didn?t give her any chicken nuggets.Finally they didn?t give us a refund

Even if it's super busy and looks short-staffed it's a very well managed McDonald's.
I think you guys should make the chilli cheese burgers a constant... cause this one is absolutely smashing!!

Me and my partner ordered food and he got a chocolate milkshake and when he drank it it taste off and we smelled it it was off they gave us a drink that was off how do they not notice that, absolutely disgusting and am fuming this is not okay gonna make someone sick ? very careless staff ?

Shocking mcdonald's. While 8 customers were waiting staff including the manager were just chatting and joking.All the while peoples food was just sitting ready to be handed over. I asked for coke zero got orange and zero. My wife asked for a chocolate milkshake and got some unknown flavour. An employee walked right through the food prep area wearing his own clothes no care and the staff didn't care either. ZERO hygiene at this place mcdonald's should be ashamed of this place.

Place should be shut down orderd food straight after breakfast but evrything was stale and inedible juice cup was filled half way for a large, never order from here

Absolutely disgusting, I had a takeout order and my double cheeseburger was swimming in salt and pepper, it was horrible and not edible

staff are so so rude! we came in to get a sit in order (just a single burger) so we could feed our hungry baby and we heard and seen staff laughing about the fact we had ordered a sit in order just before they stopped serving my burger was then brought and they put a ridiculous amount of ketchup on burger, we then spoke to a manager about the way the staff acted and she then said they did not and she just leaves them to it while continuously pushing into my pram even after saying sorry overall staff are very very rude and there manager (anusha) has no authority over her staff whatsoever so how on earth can she do a manager job

The fanta was orange, food was not in the hot hold bags that delivery drivers should put in and ice cream melted. Just not happy with order

8 chicken nuggets instead of 9! I am not happy I am sad how can I enjoy my 8 nugs when I know there should be 9, please send me one nugget thank you guys love you xx
