As usual the food was cold. Why put it on the menu if you can't cook it. Fillet o fish ? fillet o pish more like. True it was a delivery but I'm 3mins down the road. Too much tartar sauce. Soggy cold chips. Everytime.

Am horrified, I ordered food through drive through, and wanted plain cheeseburger happy meal with a fruit shoot and the guy messed up the order instructions. I got a cheeseburger only and he didn?t put the happy meal through. The manager told me to go back around and to correct order, so I did and the guy told me once again to go to the window, so I drove up to the window And now the staff tells me, they are going to fix it, making me go round in circles around the restaurant. I decided to go in because I felt like no one understood me, and as I walk to the desk, the manager is going off at me saying here is my food and telling me to leave because apparently I abused her staff, I have not done that at all and I was totally disrespected and treated like trash. Am pregnant and this isn?t good for me as it was too much stress, I felt like she was racist due to my accent. I have never experienced so much hate in my life, this manager needs to sort out her approach towards customer when it comes to her staff errors.

Ordered at 0830 on Just Eat app, had to phone store at 1000 as couldn't cancel order. Guy who answered phone was as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike and then hung up on me! This Mcdonalds sucks!

Ordered a delivery at 10pm.. they waited until 10.59 to cancel my order on the app after it was accepted to begin with. Absolutely shocking service. Don't accept orders if you can't fulfill them or let people know before an hours time
