Lots of parking very fast service and much nicer staff than in Princess street one. Would be great if they would have a kids corner. Still give 5/5 as excellent customer service

Pass on the way home from work to visit too often but service is getting bad. Last 3 or 4 times I have left the fries because the were served cold. Frequently run out of dips and sauces. Fizzy drinks often flat. KFC is a bit further but we'll worth it.

The last 2 times I?ve ordered from here it came freezing cold with missing items, this time I?ve ordered its once again freezing cold and missing my fries, it?s also got pieces of lettuce on the medium fries that I did receive and half the chips are burnt to a crisp, I?ve tried each time to get a partial refund and only one of the times I received one, which was only 3.48 on a 22 pound order, I?m actually stunned on how hard it is for a fast food place to mess up such a simple order considering how quiet the restaurant actually is.

Food was very cold so much so I took one of my double cheese burgers home to have hot chips where also cold disappointed on the whole also it was cold outside but flys flying around the food really put me of eating
