Staff are rude and orders are regularly wrong. I kept giving them chances but Improvements never last long

Lots of parking very fast service and much nicer staff than in Princess street one. Would be great if they would have a kids corner. Still give 5/5 as excellent customer service

You are in mcdonald's so you are sacrificing excellence for cost and consistency. Can you say there is service if you order on a screen and pickup at a counter?
