Be careful of the mangers they are the one are responsible for bad food just 15 40 a manger had a cheese burger if was cold and chips were sogge i told him to change it he refused discussing its not my first time but is get out of hand something must be done .

I was waiting to receive my order this morning. But it took ages, and then a member of staff asked me what what was your order? we lost your receipt!!!. Then, I received my order finally, with missing items without explanation or any apology. A very bad experience.

The store was very busy and the staff were doing an amazing job keeping it all going. Howevervthe new app is atrocious. Orders almost never confirm, and if they do, it takes ages. You are constantly left on the "fries of doom." No reflection on the store, o ce they were aware they did a flip round on the till to sort it. In this and another branch, staff were resignedly accepting that the app is awful. McDonalds, you need to sort this!!
