Not recommended! Toilets are so awful smell and dirty! Fries taste awful. Looks like it was fried in very old oil. Burgers were good.

After the renovation, it is actually up a notch in the store. However, the food downgraded for a lot as it is not salty anymore with the fries, it tastes like paper. And the chicken selects are not as crunchy as the one that I had in the McDonald?s in Waverley.

Store manager has a awful attitude, I went to pay for my order at the till and instead of asking me what order number I am or asking what id like to order she gives me the dirtiest look imaginable and rudely gestures towards the register with her hand out. I don?t care how awful your day was or what kind of establishment you work at, there?s no need to treat other people like that. Ordered no lettuce on my burger and it takes 10 minutes to be made and comes with lettuce.

Got home after ordering 3 things, my katsu wrap was missing and my sharebox didn?t have the right amount of chicken inside, (clearly ran out of selects and thought it would be okay to completely miss part of the order and send another incomplete). Place was empty so no excuses, just lazy staff who can?t count, would?ve rated food higher if I actually got it. Also atmosphere is so low as there was a person sleeping in the premises in a musty sleeping bag.

Update december 2024:
The new restaurant layout is terrible. People will have to queue outside, there is no oversight, and I'm pretty sure fire safety-wise the entire place is a violation of the law.
Original review: Staff pays no attention to fryers, alarms going off all the time for minutes on end before someone has the decency to tend to the french fries. Fries often served after being "kept warm under the lamp" for god knows how long - long enough to make them weak,stale and barely lukewarm. Mixed up drinks (diet vs regular) happens too often.
