I ordered food off of just eat and the time for my order kept going up so I phoned the restaurant and the woman working the phone just kept hanging up on me. It?s completely rude I called back a couple times just to be told that I?m prank calling them.

As a manager for a different franchise myself i am absolutely appalled with the standards in this restaurant. For a start none of the managers / area leaders are wearing scarfes/ties as per the mcdonalds uniform. Most of employees are wearing completely inappropriate footwear from bright white trainers to shoes that are not inline with mcdonalds safety policies.
The cleanliness of the restaurant is disgraceful, there was loads of rubbish and food along the line and underneath the OAT, in drinks the mcflurry spindle machine was very dirty, fries station was messy , covered in oil and fry cartons all underneath. There was multiple employees walking around the kitchen talking to the each other with coats on . Also in the kitchen there was employees drinking whilst next to food on the line. People were wearing their aprons the wrong way around and with the knot on the outside.
There was a lobby guy who was just standing and talking to what seems like a friend, during this time he ignored many tables with rubbish on them and also left cleaning chemicals on a table in easy reach of children.
Delivery bags were not being bagged properly, no McDonalds security seals were being used nore ?E? bags for the food . Most things were just shoved into one bag and given to the driver .
There was no sense of urgency from ANY members of staff in the restaurant, the kitchen was lathargic and lazy .there was more people talking than working .
We ordered the new milky way flurry and it came with no sauce in it . We also were not given any napkins and our food was not placed in a bag even tho we payed for it !
