Very helpful staff, restaurant busy but still managed to get a table

I?m not a huge fan of craighleith retail park - it?s a sadly depressing place and given it was built on one of the most important quarry?s - they completely overwrote its history.
However, M&S is the shining light - everything is done well here from customer service to the cafe and the clothes store.
I once witnessed a woman fall over faint in 2024 and the speed and kindness the staff treated her with deserves to be commended.
My go-to in Edinburgh if taking the family for a cafe outing.
