Fitted me for day to day bra and helped fit me for a strapless bra and gave me advice on how best to wear/style it for the outfit and occasion I had

I really like this store! It's a nice place with a good selection. The M&S Foodhall is amazing?and even though it can get crowded, it makes sense why. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

For me as a non-UK citizen this supermarket is the absolute dream. Lots of original, creative, ready made food in all flavors shapes and sizes. Not the cheapest, but great value for money. I've seen lots of supermarkets all around the world, but M&S is my alltime favorite. Such a joy to shop here.

They do not let people in 10 minutes before closing, not even for picking milk up. They should say they are open until 20:50 then. If you say you are open until 9pm, then you should let people in even 2 minutes before closing time. Closing time defines from when customers are not allowed in, not when employees want to go home. Customer centric services thrive in satisfying customers. M&S sadly does not.

We went here for a smart casual outfit for my husband on Saturday 2nd August. There was 1 youngish assistant who was fussing over another younger customer - who incidentally was going to order online. We asked for help and advice when he was free and were told to just browse around with no further input or interest. We eventually chose some clothes and were helped by another young woman, the original assistant who had no further customers showed absolutely no interest. We have had better service from other firms. He was so disinterested to the point of being rude. Come on M&S you can and should do better!
