Hours are wrong, it is is not open 24 hours. It was closed at 9pm.

I went in at 5:35 on 18th July. All the fridge blinds were down and customers couldn?t access the chilled food. I asked a staff member why and she said the blinds were down to cool the food! How were customers meant to access the products? I thought it was a joke or social experiment! I went to Sainsburys instead. I remain baffled by the experience.

Google refuses to permit a change to the opening hours and human intervention is required to do so. Opening hours are only 7am to 10pm.

It's Not True!!!!!!
The shop is Not Open for the customer during the night 12am till 5 am - because of the restrictions on the Waverley train station!!!!!!!!

I don't often leave negative feedback, as I genuinely love M&S. However, I am very disappointed that this store, since its refurbishment, is now opening thirty minutes later at 7 am. That's no use for a large sway of commuters.

Vegan section no longer exists and it seems like either all the options have disappeared or impossible to find now. Will not be shopping here if it doesn?t improve. This is a huge step back for vegans.

i don?t normally leave negative reviews for m&s but i went in to just get some strawberries and a meal deal and was followed round by the security guard. and i mean every time i moved to look at something else he would stand right beside me to watch, i felt so uncomfortable and only bought two things because i just wanted to get out of there. i have anxiety and i don?t understand why i was being followed i wasn?t wearing or doing anything ?suspicious?

I had a really good experience in this store. I was really struggling with finding particular items and the manager Ryan walked around the store with me to find any items that I required. He then offered to help me through the till process as it was self service and I do not use self service tills often so this really made my day. He is a glowing employee with great customer service. He is an exceptional example of how an M&S employee should be. I would definitely recommend this store if this employee is there to assist.
