Just saw an Asian guy subjected to racial abuse in Marie Curie Victoria Road, Govanhill. The old chap at the counter ask the poor guy to wash hands which is a fair demand but the tone and attitude was bit rude. When the guy left, he told the other staff that these Asians don?t come to buy things, they only come here to put their ?curry? hands at their stuff. When I heard this, I immediately left the outlet as I was utterly shocked by how someone working in a charity shop could be so racist. I don?t know if this post will bring any difference but hope people who are in charge can see and teach their staff some manners.
