Good wheelchair access. Staff treat me, a wheelchair user, as a human being and valued customer which is lovely. Great selection of wines with very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly staff.
Probably my favourite place to get wines in Edinburgh.

Excellent customer service. The store manager helped us with tasting a variety of wines for a wedding and was really friendly, not pressuring for a sale.
