Went around 12:30PM, spoke with a man who quoted me £50 to send a box of gifts, when I came back a couple hours later with hundreds of dollars worth of gifts, a different man then proceeded to tell me it wouldn?t be possible and my package would require a 10 page customs declaration form and would be much more expensive. Please get organized, had I not found another place to send the gifts (for only £28 mind you) I would have lost hundreds of dollars. Really poor communication.

We used Mail Boxes Etc. SouthBridge to send two 30 kg parcels to Denmark when we moved back from Edinburgh. The boxes was send quickly, but ended up in danish customs for a long while.But, when I then wrote about the issue to Mail Boxes, they quickly took a handle on things and it seemed to have worked. We received the two boxes a few weeks later.They also respond to e-mails very quickly. Great service.

Outstanding service and quality. All my packages arrived in the USA safe and sound in one week. They even helped me view security footage when I thought I left my wallet there ? I highly recommend this establishment.

I recently got some certificates printed, lovely glossy paper and crisp bright colours: they even did four per A3 sheet and chopped them for me. Over the years, I've used this shop for booklets, past paper printing, posters and flyers, and they always provide an efficient and cheerful service. Thankyou, I appreciate it.

What a great find MBE are. They consistently produce great results on my print outputs, and go the extra mile to ensure everything is as it should be. Their service and response is fast and efficient, always cheery, yet professional at the same time. Which makes them very easy to deal with ? Over the last month I have had two deliveries of PICTURES bought at AUCTION and sent to London. Each time the packaging has been superb, robust and substantial. Great care was taken over such delicate items and TNT delivered them the following day in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

We were in Scotland in June and shipped a package with items we did not need to carry around. When we got home (The United States) the package had not arrived. I had placed no less than 50 calls to FedEx trying to find out where it was. Evidently it had gotton stuck in customs and had disappeared. I filed a claim, which FedEx rejected saying that the shipper had to file the claim. I reached out to MBE SouthBridge begging for any assistance. Dag quickly responded and was in direct communication with both FedEx and myself for weeks. Dag's service was simply outstanding, it was so refreshing because I could tell he truly cared and was urgently trying to solve the puzzle. I was blown away to find out this weekend our package was in fact located and on its way to be delivered this week. I cried I was so happy. Dag is the poster child of what excellent service is - thank you so much MBE and Dag!!!

The gentlemen at Mail Boxes Etc in Southtbridge were great! I didn?t have room to bring everything home with me from my 3 week trip in Scotland so I shipped the heaviest and most breakable things home. I just got the box and am so impressed! They made the box fit my items perfectly, and even packed my smallest breakable item in its own box, reinforced with cardboard and bubble wrap. Thank you, thank you! Will definitely be using you next time I am in Scotland!

I emailed Mailboxes Southbridge for them to collect an item from an auction house. Two weeks later and no response. The item had not been collected. I have used Mailboxes all over the UK and never before encountered such poor service. Sorry Mailboxes Southbridge but you need to lift your game.
