I went Friday morning with my kids for a consultation, as they were very busy they suggested me to come over in the afternoon with the kids so they could have a proper look (redness in their skin). I went in the afternoon, I was given a form to fill which I did immediately. We waited for a while while they were serving other customers, the pharmacist didn't show up. My kids were getting restles so I asked the lady if it was going to take too much longer, she went inside and came back serving other customers, but now every now and then she kept saying something to my kids when they were getting tired and been too naughty playing with everything that they could catch. After a good 20 minutes, nobody had a look at their skin as I was told, I was given a bag with some prescriptions. I asked for instructions and what was in the bag, and I was told that there were 2 creams inside and how often I should give it to them. I was pointed that everything was writen inside of the bag. When I got home, there was only 1 cream, the other one was some syrup and it was for hay fever and allergies, which my kids don't have. I felt mistreated, as they wanted to get rid of me quickly but didn't give me attention that I needed. I had to pick up my kids from nursery, leaving work for some time but they didn't even had a look at them and any other British customer had better service (attention and time) from the pharmacist than us. Very bad experience.

I have been using this pharmacy for over ten years on a regular basis. Professional , knowledge based, efficient, helpful and friendly service throughout that time . Went the extra mile during Covid. The associated delivery service is also first class.

They are incredibly helpful, get prescriptions from the GP and have them made up, give advice, order products if you want something special. In this COVID 19 situation they are taking special measures to keep customers safe and at a distance from each other, and have been doing so long before they government got round to making it official

Piped in today to collect day nurse for my mum.Apron arrival I was shouted at and told to stand behind the line on the floor which wasn?t visible while I was looking upon the shelves for the product in particular.The Male on dutie today had no excuse to to raise his voice to me at all I had literally entered the store for about 20 secs before I was shouted at, which other customers noticed. I genuinely can?t think of a reason to why the person on dutie felt it was right to treat people this way and i checked the store for cameras to make sure that it was recorded. Once it was my time to be served I asked if he could help me to which his attitude stayed the same I payed for my product which was pushed at me upon collection definitely not how you want to be treated as a customer and in this current climate!
