And today Lochrin Autos have been fantastic. Unlike other experiences I had in other garages where I had to expend quite a lot of money to still have the issue unresolved after 3 months, because they weren't sure, Lochrin really cared about our safety and getting to the root of the problem without being at our expense. Such a professional service, the whole team is very welcoming, they take the time to listen and are very reassuring. I took my car to Lochrin Autos only one time in 2021. Michael advised me that nobody at his garage is capable of sorting out my car, and they thought that I was only looking to get an oil change; and off course he told me that after I took my vehicle there on a trailer.. He still charged me about £150.00 for connecting the fuel lines to the fuel pump.The funny thing was that I have connected the fuel lines to the pump myself with my friend Nigel just a few days prior when we replaced the fuel pump. They basically charged me for work that I've done myself ???? they've done absolutely nothing at all. The whole endeavour cost me £250.00+ plus I have wasted my time..Avoid that place at any cost.

The best garage in Edinburgh. I've used for years for a series of cars from the rust buckets of my 20s to the family SUV I have now. They always provide a great service and are super friendly (and importantly not condescending to females like so many places). They go the extra mile all the time. Despite moving across the city, I will still continue to use them and couldn't recommend them more.

I?ve used Lochrin Autos for decades with a variety of different cars and they?ve always been consistently reliable and excellent. My Ford was overheating and I needed it fixed urgently. Michael and Catharine at Lochrin managed to source the parts really quickly and fix it in a day which is amazing. I'm so relieved and delighted to have found this jewel of a garage tucked away in middle of Tollcross!! . Professional excellent +helpful customer service. A very lovely manager and team who very quickly organised and processed my Mot quickly and my car was ready to collect within a couple of hours.No further unnecessary expensive repairs suggested (as had been my experience with previous garage) Also was given good advice on following up other repairs.Plus - following day when had damaged my front bumper after scraping a wall, they made time for me same day - to bring the car in for repairs and made a fantastic job at no further cost!As an older female driver, who has experienced not so great and indifferent treatment in previous garage, where my obvious lack of knowledge is apparent, this is such a huge relief.I can't recommend them enough and if we're possible would add more stars!!???? ?Services: Body & Trim

Great garage with a lovely team. I?ve used Lochrin autos for almost 5 years now, for a range of things including MOT, breakdown/engine failure, servicing, etc. and would highly recommend.They do a great job and go the extra mile for customers.They have been particularly accommodating when I?ve needed my car fixed at short notice, as they know I use it for work.
