This pharmacy has problems with everything! The worst phrarmacy ever, incompetent staff and misinformation! Don?t ever count on getting your medication on time ! How is this pharmacy still working I have no idea ????

What is going on with this pharmacy? Disgraceful that it is closed without prior notice. It keeps on happening. No phone line in operation either. Tried three telephone numbers!!! We get told to go to the pharmacy first from the GPs and this pharmacy is closed when it is supposed to be open. Surely the powers that be should open up another one in the area and close this one down! Totally unacceptable! When is someone going to act, when a patient loses their life because they can't get their meds!!!

I have just been to the pharmacy early and i do not understand why its closed AGAIN. Always blamed on staff shortages which is fine but how long can the blame last its never ending.\\n\\nI have needed my prescription for the past few days and only had time to get it today, the only day off. unfair, we need more places we can get prescriptions in the area. The services are not enough in the area.

Prescriptions are never ready, repeat prescriptions are not ordered and although the permanent staff are always appologetic its not their fault. A permanent pharmacist is definately needed as the others have no interest or cannot cope.

Can be very busy shop the staff are friendly helpful and always happy to assist.. the only bad thing I would say is that the counter assistant with the short grey hair n glasses is rude af,absolutely terrible her attitude stinks you do not walk away from a customer especially when ur talkn 2 her 2 ask advice.... just to go and carry on your conversation through the back that is what your lunch and break is 4... I do have to say tho Susie kalisha Katie & olloe the security care r absolutely brilliant... they always have a smile no matter how busy the shop is Alex is brand new and so is other women with the longer hair that works on the counter )Ollie the security cats mum) personally I think ollie deserves a pay rise he even comes in on his days off just check on his girls bless him ?

Helpful. Efficient. Sometimes could get mega busy and have to face long waits as is a small pharmacy. Recently brought on a second pharmacist which has helped this.
