Poor experience, staff didn't seem to have a clue. Asked about the stop smoking service, was told to "fill in a form and pick a date next week to quit, then come in the day before"....Funnily enough, if it was just a case of picking a date and going cold turkey, why would I be seeking medical assistance? I've done smoking secessation service before, this isn't how it works. Really annoying hitting uncessary barriers to treatment. Think the staff need better training.

Gets very nerve racking waiting for Blister packs to be delivered on a Monday evening, by the looks of it we won't be getting ours today. Which causes an amazing amount of faff. Simple phone call could prevent such stress and potentially folk going without their medication.Have to say other than that the staff seem lovely.
