Everyday I call this chemist every half hour and every time it rings out. They never answer their phone. My doctor emails my prescription to them so I can get my delivery ASAP and yet I wait days sometimes over a week to get my prescription delivered. Left being in pain is not a good thing.

My carer had to get my prescription as no delivery again 3 months running now, also missing items from repeat prescription an half or none of 2 items if they can?t cope say so and will go elsewhere ?

My husband went down today to pick up my meds and it took them 45 minuites just to go and ask him the name he's after then another half to get them sorted so he could come home. Tbh it shouldn't have took them that long just to ask for a name there was about 5 members of staff there aswell one member of staff was working but the others were just sitting and standing there just chatting away to each other when they should have been working and in my opinion they need training up again. My husband turned up nearly 2 hours after he left and it should take that long.

My wee local they are all a pleasant group and really caring as a couple of days before xmas i contracted a really bad abscess they done what they could i got some minor ailments for the inflammation and they even helped me get in contact with the emergency dental hospital who sent me to thw royal and they sent me threw to st John's in Livingston they kept me in for a couple of days was given fluids,anti biotics,steriods and a week's course of strong antibiotics so in the end a managed to have my xmas dinner and enjoyed it so all was good

I popped in a few days ago,they organised a telephone consult with the pharmacist, who gave me medication...i went back again a few days later and again they were VERY helpful calling my doctor and organising them to call me back..well done guys..keep up the good work..thank you
