Milton Road branch always busy, more often than not with customers queuing on the pavement. Staff can never find prescriptions and often have to make them up while customers wait, even when they have received the prescription in plenty of time. Not providing an acceptable service in my view.

Wanted to give huge credit to the new staff in your Woodburn branch. For a long time the service wasn?t great, always queues and excuses to why mistakes were being made but what a transformation of late! The staff couldn?t be more helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble and not more queues. No issues at all ordering a script for my daughter which Boots would not order in due to cost!

This is the second time the same thing has happened, when a child is prescribed antibiotics it is because they need it urgently and not for the next day, very bad service and you always have to wait for the medicines and there are 5 people at the counter.

Staff are lovely and polite but every single time I'm in there's a massive queue even when there's 5 members of staff behind the counter. Quite exasperating when you just want 1 item from behind the counter.

Mostly good and friendly. Been here for a few years with them being right next to my doctor. Downside is they often won't communicate your prescription is ready until you ask (the text service is hit and miss) and I waited several weeks for one thing only to be told it has been out of stock for a year and they didn't make an effort to tell me even when I collected another thing. So you will need to be on the ball but they get the job done.

For the last three days I have phoned the Woodburn Pharmacy and it either rings out or its engaged. I have ran out of medication despite putting repeat prescription in two weeks ago.

Thank you so much for delivering my mums antibiotics today. She is housebound and you were the 4th pharmacy I phoned as I could not get a delivery for her anywhere else. I was not in Edinburgh and could not come in myself, my Mum is housebound. I know how difficult it is for Pharmacy at the moment so really appreciate it
