At 19.50 I asked for to use toilet. All lidls has toilet for customers use. I was told it's for stuff only. So I left my shopping in the basket and left.

okay shop but you need to be able to catch your shopping when its coming down the conveyer at a rapid pace so get your goal keeping gloves and get ready, other then that they make bread and cakes on site but i think all lidis do that anyway. the entrance to the shop can get crowded due to the door next door is the entrance to the shopping centre westside plaza. there is car park near by so its only takes a minute or so to walk to this lidi.

Usual good value store with some good and some not so good off-brand products. The basics are generally good and excellent value. Vegetables are cheap, as is rice, pasta eggs, etc. Meat can be ok but can also be a bit hit or miss. Busy shop at some times.

I was at LiDL this morning (09:42:24) amI have spent only £33.90 There was a EasternEuropean lady a (staff) super rude real nastyI was walking towards self check out she toldpeace of work I scan whiteartisanbaguette so I was looking at bakery section then very rudely she said something about bread I could not understand her so I said sorry? then went on bakery section & click on whiteartisanbaguette then she threw my bread at bagging area !! then same with panini roll !!Then I?ve said there is two panini rollThen she said don?t teach me my work & throw my panini again in my bagging area!!Here is my problem I?ve never ask anyone for any help & if need help I?ll askI?ve been going there since it has opened never ever had such a experience that lady is very nasty & she?s got serious issuesNow all you guys have to do is check your cameras at your Lidl Store at Westerhails this way you?ll see your staff in action & please hear her saying & I?ve not said a thing to her if she?s stereotype that?s her problem not mineI work with especial needs kids thereforeI?m very tolerantI still don?t understand what did I do to deserve this sort of nasty treatment!! Utterly disgusting customer service by a female member of the team. I visited this store on Friday, o8 September around 5:30pm.. I was looking for an Indian tonic water but in a lemon or lime flavour for my wife who is on a Cancer treatment and she uses Indian tonic water for her leg cramps. As there was no stock of lemon/lime flavour, I asked the female staff member who packing selves right beside me...and the answer from her was absolutely shocking... "She told me in her own words... "I don't drink that water and I don't know it... nothing on the selves so we don't have it..why do you ask me "..... BLOODY RUDE AND ARROGANT.....She was definitely European employee (Most likely Polish).......I was so angry that I wanted to walk out of this store leaving all my shopping behind...we live in Edinburgh and we are used to having a fantastic service by friendly Scottish people...I know Lidl won't go bankrupt without my business but I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN EVER!!!!!!This review is about the Lidl store at Wester Hailes Edinburgh....
