Very rude staff on the self checkouts. After one person forgot something on the self checkout before me and went back to get something, the members of staff screamed at me to take her place even though it wasn't clear of her shopping. Staff clearly have no training on how to treat other people politely. After the person returned with her shopping the staff member didn't apologise for their mistake and rude behaviour.
