Such a careless pharmacy. Collected antibiotics suspension for my son, got 10days course supply made up with only seven days expiry. No measurement aid was provided. When I rang pharmacy I was told "it is fine", no apology, no sorry, did not ask to bring current meds back so they could check who dispensed and checked prescription, so measure would be put in place to avoid similar happening. They told me to come mid of week for another replacement bottle. Collected another bottle, no measurement aid again, had to ask for one. How do they expect people should give doses? Measuring aid must must be provided as part of good pharmacy practice. I am really disappointed about my local pharmacy they did not care at two occasions when done these mistakes. Little unlucky I work in pharmacy myself and this would be actioned!

Best pharmacy, once gave prescription asked to come next as there is no stock for one medicine. Went next day got the medicine and collected. Quick in service and very responsive

Excellent service, above and beyond. I took my 90 year old disabled mum for her flu and Covid vaccine. The accessibility around the bottom of leith walk is a nightmare. I wasn?t looking forward to trying to get my mum in but Jan (or possibly Jane. Pretty, kind, sandy blonde hair) was so helpful and accommodating and made it a very easy straightforward visit. Thank you.

Please be aware that this pharmacy closes for lunch and you might loose over 1 hour of your day as I did. They should update their Google business profile or answer the phone as I did call them this morning to check if they were open.

AMAZING SERVICE!The staff here are just the best. I have had such an issue getting my medication due to my doctors terrible communication skills. Carol sorted everything out for me and was just such a joy to deal with. Every time I have to go here it's never a bad experience.Thanks for being awesome!

Used to be a 1st class service. Friendly staff too, but that was then. Now I have to chase every prescription issued for same day. It's the same excuse every time. They always say they haven't received the prescription and Surgery always says they have. Now, my painkiller upped dosage is mostly a day late, and I have to chase it to get it delivered.

For a wee pharmacy, they are absolutely bossing it at distributing the covid boosters as effectively as possible. Clear and warm communication to everyone in the queue and although they were absolutely rushed off their feet, the service still felt trauma informed and informative. Big thanks !

Great experience at Leith Pharmacy this morning. Heard they were offering walk-in boosters - the service was efficient and the vaccinator was friendly. Definitely recommend!

I popped into this Pharmacy for the first time and I felt quite frustrated with the staff. The blonde lady at the front counter was run off her feet serving and had a queue of customers outside whilst 3 other member of staff were all standing chatting ? and laughing. No respect for there fellow colleague doing all the work (she is probably the lowest paid as well sadly). She also took a bit of abuse from a customer whilst I was there but she remained calm - all I can say is if your colleagues don?t have respect for you then I sure do. Well done to you!!!
