A pleasingly diminutive and uber-cool basement space offering a relaxing, intimate shopping experience. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and completely free of pretentiousness. They're also very welcoming of little ones. Beautiful products; stylish branding; well-crafted, intelligent blends. It's so hard to choose a favourite...we've been back three times in the last month! 5/5

My experience in this store was absolutely incredible and magical. Lesley made it so special and helped me choose a fragrance that suited me, she also guided me through the skin care, bath and body products and even gave me a few samples for me to try back at the hotel. I?ll be returning tomorrow to purchase more. Amazing!!

I?m a bit disappointed that even though you spend more than 260 GBP on a perfume they don?t give you any free samples. Yes, I?m not entitled to it but literally every other store I?ve ever been to always gave some samples. I don?t know if it?s the Edinburgh brunch or the lady that was serving me today but it left a sour taste in my mouth

Was in yesterday and had excellent customer service from Toni. She was amazing from explaining the decor to how the fragrances were made. She was amazing and it didn't take her long to make the fragrance I bought. Such a friendly nice person. Will definetly be back and I hope to see her again.

I was excited to visit the store to find a new fragrance for my birthday having bought blind previously. I had hoped for a little more customer card than I received. Pretty disappointed with my experience in store.

Whilst visiting Edingburgh for work I found this hidden gem ....what an experience. The shop is a unique fabulous experience. The girls i met, Lesley and Toni, I know their names , as that's the kind of friendly welcome you get.I left on my first visit with a wealth of which fragrances, going by what I wear, would be best suited, whilst also been taken on a little journey of other notes. I got to sample too.The result being I fell in love with Santal 33, but also Ylang 07Aswell as the girls who work there for sure.I also found out some great places to eat and have drinks.Thanks girls.Amazing see you on my next visit.

Had an amazing experience with Toni today at the Le Labo store in Edinburgh. She helped me choose wedding scents as a gift for my sister and her fiancé. I was so surprised and happy that the bottles could be personalised in store. Toni let me choose what could be printed printed on both bottles and she even added the date of their wedding and a little love heart. I also loved that the bottles were filled in store so they were lovely and fresh. The whole experience was amazing and I would not hesitate recommending anyone coming here to get their wedding scent in store.
