Fantastic watch repairs! I put my much loved, 20 year old watch through the tumble dryer. It?s now completely fixed, with much care and attention from Langley?s. Very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend Langley?s for shoes, keys, watch batteries and repairs. Shops like these are sadly becoming rare?

FANTASTIC! The soles of my boots were starting to come off and with the winter weather would soon have been letting in water and falling apart. They were also looking worn out. I dropped them off and for £7:50 they made them look like new again. I guess he glued, reshaped and repainted the pair of them. They sent a text when ready. Impressive quality service that you don't often see these days. I'm really happy with the results.

These guys did a stellar job resoling my red wing blacksmiths; new midsole and some commando soles and I swear they're better than ever before to wear. Wee wait thanks to supply chain issues but good work is worth the wait. Will definitely use this business again in future, though I don't see these boots needing repairs any time soon.

Handed in a pair of Skechers to get repaired about 5 weeks ago. Popped in about 4 weeks later..no repair done. Told would be ready in another 3 days. Still not done. Poor service.Back in..still not repaired

Resoled my climbing shoes here and it turned out great! Only took a few weeks and 30£. Would come back again!

Took some climbing shoes in to have the soles replaced and they came out great and way cheaper than buying new ones. Took a few weeks to get them back but the staff were super nice and told me this upfront.

Just popped in to get an old classic car key cut and they actually had the right key in stock through the back. The other chain store I tried before couldn't even order it for me (even though they did try to be fair). New keys work a treat!

Wanted to get my watch's battery replaced and had initially planned to get that done at another clockmaker (who had the shop closed with no other indication for opening times). I walked past Langley's by accident and had the battery replaced in a few seconds for almost nothing. Great and kind customer service.

very reasonably priced for high quality shoe repairs. The popularity of the store is evident with the several week wait time for some repairs. I would be concerned if my battered shoes were repaired within a couple of days!

The work was good, the price was okay. However, no matter how long they tell something would take, make it x6. They told me 2 weeks, took 3 months, always had an excuse.If you have no rush, and lots of patience, great place.

Dreadful service. Waited over 4 months for a simple leather bag repair, not completed. Not one of the 14 call back I promised materialised. Don?t waste your time
