Would not recommend this company, my car went for a repair and came back with even more scratches on it which is disgusting considering its only 3.months old, I am looking into what to do next to make sure they are investigated for their trade because its obvious they don't provide a good service.

Direct line allocated them as repairers for my vehicle. Website and insurance say the should be open 8 - 5. Yet between Christmas and New Year exactly after 10 mins of being on hold you get a message to say ?offices are now closed? and line cuts dead. Odd how it?s exactly 10mins each time you call during opening times. If you call outside opening times you get a message to say they are closed. This is another puzzle as the website says you can call the branch out of hours for recovery - obviously you can?t as there is no way to speak to anyone or leave a message. Also got an automated message with a link to a repair portal but surprisingly this doesn?t work either and just gives you a message saying it?s unavailable. Not holding any hope for a straight forward repair.

I've had my car in for repair for almost a month, I phoned up last week and was told it was just waiting to be checked. I phoned again on Monday and I was told it was still being repaired. BAD SERVICE.. We are now at 23rd Dec and still I have no car. I'm now expecting my 100.00 to be refunded

We had this work booked for 3 weeks with them and the evening before we got a call to say they didn?t have a car and they couldn?t do the job. They still wanted the job but couldn?t tell us when they would be able to do it. They were going to keep our car over Christmas where they are closed down. Our job was a half hour job. After reading other reviews I felt very uneasy and cancelled as we were so mucked about by them with no warning. We went to another garage and they sorted it out it minutes.

Scammers, avoid. My car was crashed into and I was told by insurance company to take it to this garage. They tried to write off the car claiming it was £4,000 worth of damage for a dent in the bumper. Collected the car and went to another garage and it was £700 to fix. Clearly some sort of scam insurance job, would find a trusty garage elsewhere.

After I had an accident in my motability vehicle my insurers told me L&I Eaton in Edinburgh would be repairing my car.From first contact they have been extremely helpful and friendly. My car was picked up from me and I got a phone call the next day to let me know what parts the car needed, what work needed done and an estimated date of completion.I was kept updated throughout the process. 2 parts went on back order which effected the estimated completion date but I was informed of this and the car was delivered back to me 3 weeks earlier than the new estimate given!My car is sparkling inside and out and looks brand new again. I'm really pleased with the service given by L&I Eaton.All in all they've been a great company to deal with.Services: Painting

L&I Eaton stepped in to help when the original place my insurance company referred me to said they wouldn't be able to fix my car for atleast 8 weeks which with a holiday 2 weeks away would have meant no holiday.From the 1st contact, Lauren and thr team were upfront and honest about the timescales and kept me updated throughout the repair.I had my car returned after 10 days (4 days quicker than originally expected) in perfect condition and with a full valet also.Honestly could not be happier with the repair and would not hesitate to use again.

Absolute cowboys. Stay well clear or get receipt for everything they do. They will find items that doesn't need done. Or will only do half the work .

Mix interaction over the phone , I needed quotes to be sent directly to TP insurance.. was asked to get insurance to send instruction, insurance sent instructuction, was told no longer accepting Tesla repairs from today, but I had a private quote prior to today... suddenly, they are no longer Tesla approved... Customer care couldnt care less...
