Fantastic, professional service from Ross. The carpets he recommended are perfect and the quality is superb. We had the stairs carpeted and the detailing on the edges were well done. The fitter (Ian) came to measure and cut the carpets and then took it away for edge binding. It was also so nice to see that Ian took great care in cleaning up after they have completed the install. Very glad we went to Kristoffersen Carpets, cannot recommend them enough.

This is the second time we have used Kristoffersen Carpets and Flooring, Costorphine branch. Ross in the shop was very helpful in helping us choose the type of flooring we wanted. Some one from kirstoffersen came out to the house with sample flooring to measure up and advise what best would be required to be done to lay the flooring we wanted. If also gace us a chence to see the different type of flooring in situ.After receiving the quote and accepting it the professional floor layer Dominic Jukes arrived and carried out all work to a highly porfessional standard. He actually saved us some money due to his expertise in what was required to ensure the floor was level.After Completion Ross at the corstorphine branch got back in contact with asking if we were happy with the result.We would use Kristoffersen again.

We have bought two carpets from this place at different times, are very happy about both. Great service from going into the shop, allowing us to take samples, getting measurements done, getting the quote (which is reasonable) to getting the carpet fitted. The carpet fitters have been professional, friendly, quick and have done an excellent job. They hoover up afterwards which is a huge thumbs up for me. Also this shop is local which gives it a more personal feel rather than a big company selling carpets. Thanks again

The team at Kristoffersen did an amazing job helping us find the perfect floor for our living room. Ross in the Corstorphone branch was really helpful, going through all the options and providing quotes. Once we decided, the work was booked in within a few weeks and Iain did a fantastic job laying the floor quickly and without too much disruption. The room is completely transformed and we much preferred the security of going with this smaller local company than the bg superstores.

We recently had flooring fitted in our bathrooms and used the Corstorphine store for this. The communication and advice from Ross has been second to none and the overall experience was fantastic. The fitters turned up on time, were efficient and the job was completed to a very high standard. Can't recommend highly enough and we won't hesitate to use Kristoffersen for any jobs in the future. Had excellent service from Corstorphine shop, from first contact to completion of carpet/laminate fitting. Ross was extremely helpful, regarding advice on types of carpets would suit us. Colleague in Portobello branch was also very helpful, regarding options for laminates. Fitters were excellent, despite unforeseen medical problems, work was completed on schedule. Have no hesitation in recommending ompany.

Cannot recommended these guys enough - especially Ross in the Corstorphine branch! They really know what they are talking about, work with reliable contractors and take the time to advise what flooring will actually work in your home rather than trying to sell you something you don't need.

We have used Kristofferson twice; once for carpets and one for a wooden floor. On both occasions we received sound and impartial advice. The fitters were efficient and we are delighted with the high standard of the jobs. It is a local business and takes customer care seriously. We will be using again.

Very impressed not only with the friendly atmosphere in the shop but also the vast knowledge of the products and services that can be offered. To cap it off the fitter who came and laid the flooring was extremely good as you can see from the photos.Highly recommended!
