Michael is a great golf coach and I have got to know him well over the past couple of years which has been great! The style of his coaching is really engaging and I feel that once a lesson is over with him there are always key points that I take away that improve my golf massively. He has helped me drop my handicap from 7 to 2 which has been a huge step so I am very thankful for that! All round the best person to have coached me and a great person in general :)

Michael Kanev is a great Coach and Club Pro. His coaching style is simple but very effective and in the many lessons Ive had it?s always centred on me as an individual and what I want to achieve. His tuition and tips are excellent and always follows up to ask how my game is post lesson. As a local pro he has a really good choice of golf clothing and gear on the retail side and will always offer to order specific items in as well as give advice on purchases.

Michael provides a first class service and everything you would want from your local pro. I have made numerous purchases from the shop and he is always willing to, where possible, match online prices. Clear and simple instruction when giving lessons. Friendly and informative service from him and the rest of the team!

Having been unable to play golf due to an underlying condition, I paid a visit to Kingsknowe Golf Club ,Pro shop , where Michael Kanev our professional was on hand for a chat and offered the use of the Sky tracker , which was a great help to me in my recovery to get back out playing again.Michael is always available to assist when he can , and is also very appreciative of all support he receives.

Could not be happier with the progress my game has made since getting a fitting with Michael, I am hitting the ball so much better and I am competitive again in my regular 4 ball as opposed to shelling out cash game after game.

Excellent service despite Ping sending the "wrong" clubs for my order. Michael chased Ping for a resolution, the correct clubs arrived without further delays
