I can sadly confirm other reviews are correct that there is indeed a right nasty rat infestation at this KFC. Seen a rat the size of a kitten eating the leftovers of a mega bucket out the back the other day.

This KFC is full of young people and they don't care for there job been here and they ran out of chicken and sometimes chicken is burnt forget bits of the order just all round terrible kfc

More than half of the things we ordered weren't in our delivery. They wouldn't answer the phone to sort it out after it was delivered. Poor service

Food fine, as expected from the chain.
The staff seem not to have heard of customer service; they lost my order and I was waiting a considerable time just for them to find it, they had not filled the till roll so I did not get a receipt for my order. They handed it over eventually without a word of acknowledgement. They couldn't efficiently manage a queue.
I paid for sitting in but ended up sitting in my car with my child after seeing the disgraceful conditions of the tables, which had clearly not been cleaned for hours.
Next time, we're going to Burger King, across the car park. They're always clean and quick and have nicer manners.

Smells like a pub the day after a big night, staff touching hair, headsets then your food, Every table had empty KFC wrappings. Older manager lady was rude, loud, out of control giving zero direction and treating her job as a summer camp. Even the sign saying ?collect here? was utterly filthy!! Do not go here! Oh and the chicken was old and the stuff they are about to throw out if you time it wrong. Awful place. Been three times now in past few months as on the way home but will not ever be back!!!!! Oh yea, the base staff change every time I?m in!!!!!!! God even the gravy was thick, lumpy and I couldn?t pour it from the container!!!!!

This is my third time being there all the time I am asking only like whenever I?m collect my food I?m coming home and the back only breast dry breast coming out you don?t enjoy last few times. I?m not gonna be back again.
