The waiting time was ridiculous with no indication it would be so long. 25 mins from order to bagging. We did take away because it looked busy so had to grab and go not giving us the chance to check the contents. Once we did check, the tenders were fine but the tenders for 2 separate meals were put together. This wasn't great. There were very few chips however compared to the chicken joy they were OK, nicely salted actually. The Chicken joy was awful. Underneath the tasty batter there was only bones, next to no chicken at all. Really disappointing. I won't be returning.
Also the loaded fries were poor too. A couple of chunks of chicken thrown on the fries and a sparce sprinkling of cheap cheese.

Just popped in RJ ( my Filipina wife) amd myself for brunch, and absolutely loved it.
Jolli-spaghetti, yum burger, Chicken burger and the new Dubai chocolate dessert. I thought it tasted very nice

Rice bowls are a great quick and inexpensive lunch option on the go, far better and more filling/healthier option if your on a timer and seeking fast food.

Staff is quick at cleaning at the basement. Food is awesome. I hope more sauce can be given.

Atmosphere is very bad; customers have no civic sense. Dirty tables and a weird smell downstairs.

Overpriced junk, chicken tenders were not tender. Below average food given the price.
Toilets were dirty with no loo roll or soap.

The regular chicken taste horrible. Can?t believe rating systems! Popeye and KFC within steps of this location but saw review and thought I would try. Much worse than alternatives

Compared to other Jollibee's around the world, this one is extremely poor. Bad service that's really slow. Waited nearly 25 minutes for a large order when I encouraged my family to try the place... and wish I hadn't. Don't recommend this place at all.
