Went into Jo Malone unplanned as I was walking past expecting to smell a few different fragrances as I was planning on coming to the shop another time to get my wedding fragrance. Audrey was so helpful and friendly and gave excellent service, she then suggested that we sit down and have a glass of fizz for free while trying different scents. Audrey talked me through the scents and suggested different ones based on what I already wear, and then gave me time to have a think and choose one. I was able to try different combinations of body creams and perfumes on each arm to help me choose. It was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend shopping in here.

Came in for the wedding scent experience and I couldn't recommend it enough! The store assistant who helped me was knowledgeable, kind and understanding, and really made me feel welcome in the store. It was a lovely experience and I can't thank her enough for her help!

Their customer service was excellent. The lady was energetic and knowledgeable, which is a key component of sales. Sometimes the customer service at these type of business can be awful, and the sales lady uninterested in potential customers, which can be off-putting. Although we did not buy their perfume this time, I will definitely keep them in mind when looking for perfume as a gift. And the chocolate on the way out was a nice touch. Thank you for the positive experience.

Fantastic customer service! Served by a lovely young girl and a lady my age, both were so helpful. I had a gift card and also a perfume my friends had picked for me that I wanted to discuss swapping. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and everything was beautifully gift wrapped. Delighted!

Visited the store today to purchase a wedding perfume and was served by Charlotte who was so friendly, lovely and helped me pick out the perfect perfume! The store was really nice and was easy to find everything! Will definitely be back :)
