Just a quick shout out to Chris who works at the Ratcliffe Terrace depot - what a legend. Helped me work out exactly what materials and fixings I needed for a DIY job, and he thought it through a lot more than I did! Even helped arrange delivery. Customer service like this is so rare these days, it made my day.

I just wanted to echo some of the other comments here re the pricing. I guess this shop is more set up for trade customers looking for convenience and trade prices pre VAT. But given its location, they really should cater to regular customers as well.
As an example, I was after a pack of red Rawl plugs the other day. I was walking past and looked in - They were something like £6/7! Couldn't believe it. I know they're about £2 in Screwfix / Toolstation so, although I had them in hand, I just couldn't do it! ? Got the missus to pick them up on the way home in the car instead... But really, shouldn't be like that.

Absolutely superb service there earlier. I was welcomed with a thumbs up as I drove into the warehouse. I parked up and showed the warehouse guy samples of the timber I wanted and he guided me to the correct aisle location and selected the best lengths of timber.Compared to the likes of B&Q it was amazing! Full marks! Gold Star.

The customer service at this establishment left nothing to be desired, we went looking for bricks of which they had none, but the friendly staff suggested a suitable cheap alternative which was very helpful.I?d highly recommend going here for all your workmanship needs.

To be charged £7.24 more than B&Q for a can of expanding foam is ridiculous.Even when questioning the young boy working he claimed that this was due to price increases because of Covid!Appalling service and such a rip-off.I think the additional cost for the expanding foam was to supplement the young boy?s breakfast!!

Ordered some draught excluder 4 1/2 weeks ago. Despite going in on 3 subsequent occasions weekly since and phoning, the product has not materialised and I've had no call. Not the end of the world, but various excuses as to why they haven't ad it and speaking to a couple of the guys there, they've just "dropped the ball".....Pretty poor really!!!
