Staff just can't be bothered, they just wanna stand there without doing anything, just young people there for the discount there's no customer service.

i?ve had to put my review as a 4 star as unfortunately the card machine wasn?t working for the young salesman, who had helped us with 3 pairs of trainers at a busy time. He took us to the till in hopes to fix the card machine issue, in this time another worker managed to serve us. I feel the original worker was so amazing and couldn?t have been more helpful, he?s definitely due a 5 star review! Just was very unfortunate we couldn?t process the whole transaction with him due to technical issues that was out of his hands.

Honestly the worst branch you can visit, there?s never been a time where there?s been any good customer service so I?m not surprised by other reviews. Don?t bother with the same day click and collect either - mine was available only after the store had closed ?The staff look like they hate working there, can?t be bothered to help anyone, buying shoes there is an absolute chore too, even when it?s quiet. One midweek morning the staff looked like they?d all been on a heavy bender the night before, my 11 year old daughter asked me why they looked so scruffy.I always head into the shoe store next door - it?s night and day , far nicer staff.This isn?t a recent problem, it?s been going on for years and JD won?t do anything about it.
