Wow, all I can say is 5 stars are just not enough for this company, not after the superb attention I received today.Today they serviced my Riga record deck, which we bought in the late 1970's, replaced the original cartridge, & fitted a new belt to, again, replace the original.And before any work started I was given options for each item needed, & the various costs involved for each of these parts, meaning I actually had the final say in the matter.And finally, thank you for getting my whole machine up & running again so quickly, as nothing beats holding & listening to vinyl.

Popped in for a wee look and the guys were super friendly with Grace Jones playing on a nice Rega. A really nice collection of LPs at good prices I thought. You need to check out their new record cleaning machine?wow!!

What a fantastic and incredibly helpful store, for people that are interested in improving their home entertainment set up. I first used them in 2015 for surround sounds and full HD and now in 2023 moving to 4K. I tried many places but never had such a helpful personal touch to all/any thing around home projectors in particular. A service you just don?t get anywhere these days, with most stores pushing you to find answers yourself.

Hi I recently purchased an amp, speakers and turntable from JM. I took my time over a few months and Teague was a pleasure to deal with, always replying to email and answering my many questions. I eventually arranged an appointment to listen to the system that had been recommended. Once again there was no hard sell and Teague patiently listened to my choices of vinyl. I?m very pleased with my HIFi and would thoroughly recommend James Morrow. Alister. ????

Nostalgia brought me to the point where I asked my husband for a record player for my birthday and 4 days later we had an appt with Teague after a quick response from the online contact firm and subsequent telephone conversation to check what I was looking for and for Teague to have prepared the sound room for our arrival. It was! He was brilliant! He listened, asked relevant questions, was not pushy and was hugely knowledgeable. Record player is now safely ensconced in our home and I?m loving it! Perfect for my nostalgic needs!! Thank you. Would highly recommend this business.

James-Morrow offer more than shopping for a hifi system - it's an experience! I went with my son to buy his first turntable. We both appreciated the time that Danny took with us. He didn't bamboozle us with tech, or try to upsell like a car salesman. We trusted in his knowledge, and that he was getting us the best deal for our budget.It was a genuine love of music shared with a young lad just beginning to discover it all for himself. He brought in a selection of his own vinyl, a personal touch that added to the enjoyment of making our purchases.The team are all very knowledgeable without being intimidating - so important when you're not entirely sure what you're getting yourself into!It's easy to buy anything online these days, but to get a quality hifi system which will last, it really matters to listen in real life. The service from James-Morrow is fantastic.
