Bus station is in front of the hotel.

We stayed in room 104 for one night. There was an awful smell in our room coming from the bathroom of sewerage / drainage, and smears on the bathroom tiles. Breakfast, some of the items were overbooked - the black pudding could have been used to play hockey. Considering we paid £255 for one night, we were disappointed.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Staff were great so friendly, helpful and kind. Made our holiday in Edinburgh exceptionally great. Thank you for looking after us so well. Fully recommend to anyone for a great stay in Edinburgh and the food was lovely.

Had lunch here and the staff here made us feel so welcome. Says something when 2 ladies who were having coffee have been meeting there for 18 years. Really enjoyed our lunch and by the number of customers it,would,appear to be a popular location. We did not stay there but witnessed two hotel guests arriving who were given a very warm welcome.

Had an excellent hotel experience. All staff helpful and friendly. Food was great. Room was perfect. Loads of buses into city centre for sightseeing and business. Loved this hotel and will be back soon. Thank you to all staff who made our visit an absolute pleasure

The staff was very friendly, always felt welcome to the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and fresh, although had quite thin walls and could hear the room next to us. The window opens to a quite busy street so we had it closed most of the time. Would have been nice to have some bedside tables :)
Coffee in the restaurant was great, and breakfast was overall good.
