Great couple of days at Novotel Edinburgh Park. The exceptionally pleasant staff went out of their way to really make the stay welcoming. A1 recommended ?The stay was spot on as always with the added bonus of the leisure suite now being fully open. Food was great and as always the staff were not just personable but friendly and welcoming. Definitely my go to hotel which feels like home from home. Lastly going over and above is often mentioned, but this was exceptional as I left my laptop at the hotel, and would have missed my flight had I had to go back, however the hotel staff (Richard) personally and urgently brought my laptop and met me at the airport, without which i would have missed my flight. This is exceptional customer service. Thank you !!

I am a frequent guest at the Edinburgh Park Novotel and i just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone for always being so flexible and accommodating, and taking such good care of me and my dog! A special mention goes to Sarah for helping me with my query today - many thanks Sarah! I am looking forward to my next stay with you all in April and to enjoying your updated pool and fitness facilities too :)

Very happy with the accommodation and the treatment by the staff. Manuel, waiter of the restaurant, was very helpful. People at the desk amended our initial reservation without fees. The pool is already open, although bear in mind it won?t be as warm as you may expect. By and large, Very happy with the hotel.Rooms: Nice rooms with varied Rituals amenities.

The rooms were good and spacious but there was a very weird smell in there which was later fixedTalking about the service I didn't expect such bad service from Novotel seriously the pillows were stinky, the staff is lazy they didn't care about the customer, while closing the morning breakfast they didn't even inform us, and after sometime one lady came and said 'can you please leave as we have to clean now'Location is okayish like there's a KFC, krispy Kreme and Tesco on a 5min walk but to get to the city centre you have to take a tram which is on 5-10min walkThe hotel is on the outskirtsNearby activities: No such nearby activities you'll have to take a tram to the city centre which takes about 15-20 mins

Very good quality of rooms, provided amazing free snacks. Cant fault the cleanliness. Some staff amazing, some staff a little bit not. Location is not the best because its quite a trek to go into the city centre and I wish the pool had been open. There should be a discount during these times in my humble opinion.Food & drinks: Around the clock serviceNoteworthy details: The 12pm check out time is extremely valued and appreciated with those of us with toddlers and children. I thought it was such a high quality factor. Other hotels kick you out at 9am. What a bunch of losers compared to Novotel

We stayed for 6 nights and everything was great and wonderful.I want to highlight the staff. All of them were very polite, professional, helpful and more than friendly.The location is just around 10 car Minutes away from the airport.We spent around £18-20 for a Uber to down town/bars/restaurants.The rooms are clean and equipped with a large tv. Perfect for a relaxing end of an Edinburgh tour day.Breakfast was a typical English.Unfortunately the pool was under kind of construction and not available. Maybe next time.Looking forward to another visit.Thank youNearby activities: A KFC and a donut store is right next to the hotel as well as a shopping center for daily needs.

The hotel is located just outside the center. It's only 10 minutes from the airport by taxi or Uber. It takes around 20-25 minutes to get to the city center by Uber and costs around £20.Rooms are clean and sufficient for 2 people. The bathroom is somewhat separated by a folding door. The executive rooms are on the 5th floor with a balcony.The team is great, everyone is very warm and accommodating, whether at breakfast, reception or room service.The breakfast buffet is sufficient. There is, among other things, porridge, warm counter, jams, sausage/cheese, various grains for quark, etc...Sufficient selection of coffee and enough types of tea.The bar closes at 10 p.m. every day.The pool is currently being renovated. But it looks pretty nice ?Would spend my vacation here again at any time... It's a great location because it's quiet and close to the airport.

I stayed at this Novotel just as the new pool and gym have opened. The equipment is really good and has all the facilities you would want from a heath club (Sauna, Steam Room). The pool is amazing. The rooms have great views and are really light.Staff were all very helpful, I was very grateful having not been to the area before. The location is good. Very close to the airport and also to town. There is really good shopping across the road and the tram is right there too.Food in the restaurant is really good (breakfast and dinner).I'm very happy I chose to stay here. Thank you very much!Safety: Very safe.Walkability: Very walkable
